Bio
Paul was part of the British army for 7 years before leaving and embarking on an expansive career in supporting the most vulnerable in society. Paul has gained an abundance of achievements during his time in the sector which include the BBC unsung hero award for his voluntary work with Street football Wales, a social inclusion charity which work throughout Wales with socially excluded vulnerable people aged 16+. Paul has also won the extra mile award from Newport City Council.
With Paul’s vast amount of experience, we feel that his input, ethics and ethos are un waivered. He takes a hands on approach with some of the most challenging young people requiring intensive support and works himself with each individual that comes into Midway.
Paul leads from the front in supporting his staff in delivering the highest level of service to the most vulnerable young people across the South Wales region, tailoring his teams approach to meet the individual needs of each young person during an extremely turbulent time in their lives.
