Family Intervention Services at Midway is a dedicated support service for young people aged 12+ and their families.
We believe every young person deserves the opportunity to feel safe, grow with confidence, and thrive within their own home. Our team works alongside families with compassion, respect, and a genuine commitment to helping them stay together through life’s challenges.

Our approach is early, practical, and meaningful, focused on helping parents, carers and young people rebuild trust, improve communication, and create a stable, supportive home environment. No two families are the same, which is why we tailor everything we do to your unique needs, strengths, and goals.

What We Do
Support Young People (12+): We work directly with young people to help them manage emotions, build confidence, and develop positive routines and relationships.
Strengthen Family Relationships: We help families navigate conflict, communicate more effectively, and find realistic ways to live together positively.
Support Parents & Carers: We provide guidance, encouragement, and practical strategies so parents and carers feel more confident, connected, and supported.
Promote Safety & Stability: Our focus is on preventing family breakdown by helping families remain safely in their own home wherever possible.
Empower Long-Term Change: We don’t just offer short-term solutions — we help families build resilience, independence, and hope for the future.
