  • Begin as a Support Worker: Work towards Level 3 Health and Social Care in Children & Young People and discover the joy of helping others.
  • Advance to Link Worker, Deputy Manager, or Manager: With each promotion, you’ll gain new skills and the chance to lead while working towards your Level 4 in Preparing for Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care and taking on new responsibilities and Level 5 Leadership and Management of Health and Social Care.
  • Unique shift patterns: Two 24-hour shifts one week, three the next (with sleeping nights)—or step into management with a classic Monday–Friday schedule.
