Whilst living at Tower Street the children and young people will receive several services identified as being required to fully meet their needs. The home is set out that children and young people who live at Tower Street live in a homely environment. The home gives the child or young person the opportunity to live as a small family like unit within a residential community.
Services
- An individual personal plan that is regularly updated and is overseen by the manager
- A health plan that is regularly updated and is overseen by the manager
- The preparation and provision of an integrated care package, tailored to individual needs, to include full risk assessments
- Support in maintaining mainstream school or college attendance
- Encouragement and support in developing their own interests and activities within the local community to promote contact with the young person’s family and friends
Bedrooms
Two separate bedrooms with individual locks and a staff bedroom
Dining/Lounge
One large communal dining/lounge area for staff, children and young people to sit, relax, converse and have meals together
Family Bathroom
One upstairs family bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and sink
Shower Room
Separate shower room with toilet and sink

Gallery kitchen attached to the dining area
Rear Garden
An enclosed garden to the rear of the house for young people to use. This has an artificial lawn and patio area for barbeques
