More Than Just Places to Live
At Midway Transition Solutions, our residential homes are more than just places to live – they are safe, welcoming spaces where children and young people aged 0–16 can grow, learn, and thrive. Across our eight homes, with a ninth opening soon, we provide a consistent, caring environment that feels like a true home-from-home.
Every day in our homes is designed to provide stability, support, and encouragement. Our dedicated 24-hour staff teams build strong, trusting relationships with each child, understanding their individual needs, hopes, and challenges. This consistency helps children feel secure, develop confidence, and know they are valued for who they are.
We Support Children Reach Their Potential
Education and personal development are central to life at Midway. We support children to attend school, engage with learning, and reach their potential, while also providing guidance for everyday life skills. Beyond the classroom, our homes offer a wide variety of outdoor adventures, creative projects, and recreational activities, giving children the chance to explore their interests, make friends, and build confidence in a fun and supportive environment.
Life at Midway is structured yet flexible, balancing routines with opportunities for personal growth and enjoyment. Children are encouraged to try new experiences, develop independence, and celebrate achievements – big and small. Our teams work closely with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure each child’s journey is tailored to their unique needs.
Feel Safe, Understood, & Empowered
We pride ourselves on creating homes where children feel safe, understood, and empowered. From the laughter shared in daily activities to the quiet moments of support during challenges, every aspect of our residential care is guided by compassion, expertise, and a commitment to helping young people thrive.
At Midway Transition Solutions, we are not just providing care – we are helping shape futures, building confidence, and offering the support every child deserves in a place they can truly call home.
