With over 15 years of experience in the health and social care sector, I am deeply passionate about improving the lives of individuals and fostering positive change in the communities we serve. For nine years, I held the roles of Owner, Director, and Responsible Individual at Midway, where I was privileged to lead and grow a company committed to delivering high-quality care services. My journey has been shaped by hands-on experience, strategic leadership, and a commitment to creating safe, nurturing environments for both clients and staff.
In addition to my work at Midway, I have been a dedicated foster carer for the past 10 years, further deepening my understanding and empathy for the challenges and rewards within the sector. This personal experience has only strengthened my belief in the importance of compassionate, individualised care.
