David began his journey with the organisation as a Residential Care Worker in October 2020. Through his dedication, strong work ethic, and passion for delivering high-quality care, he quickly progressed to a Link role in September 2022, followed by promotion to Deputy Manager in May 2023.
In February 2026, David achieved the significant milestone of becoming a Home Manager. In this role, he leads with integrity and a clear focus on delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care. His progression reflects not only his commitment to personal development but also his ability to inspire and support those around him.
David is deeply dedicated to continuously improving services, ensuring the highest standards of care, and creating a positive, supportive environment for both residents and staff. He remains focused on driving excellence and making a meaningful difference every day.
