After a successful 25-year career in the catering industry, Lisa Phillips made a bold and exciting transition into business administration in 2022. She joined Midway as an Administrative Assistant and, through her dedication, professionalism, and drive, quickly progressed to Executive Administration Officer.
Now also serving as the company’s Data Protection Officer, Lisa plays a pivotal role in supporting operational excellence, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the continued growth and success of the organisation.
Committed to her professional development, Lisa has achieved a Level 3 qualification in Business Management and has now successfully completed her Level 5 CIPD certification. Her passion for people, performance, and continuous improvement shines through in everything she does. Lisa is dedicated to fostering a positive, high-performing team culture and looks forward to continuing her growth while making a meaningful impact at Midway.
