Bio
Ginene started with Midway in 2018 and started her journey as Property Manager soon after. Ginene shares a passion for property and is highly organised in her role. She prides herself on building relationships with landlords and contractors to ensure a smooth interaction. Her extensive knowledge of the industry, past management experience, communication skills and efficiency are just a few qualities that make her an excellent property manager.
Ginene manages all aspects of property, company vehicles, utilities, insurance, staff phones and much more. She has consistently gone above and beyond expectations and is dedicated to helping in any way she can.
Ginene has managed some complex property renovations and delivered excellent results in a timely organised manor.
Ginene has completed two further qualifications in business and facilities management since starting with Midway. Gin has also completed IWFM Facilities Management level 3 qualification to complement her role.
In her free time, Ginene enjoys spending time with her family. She is a keen horse woman, spending a lot of her time caring and looking after her horses and attending occasional competitions.
