Bio

Tracey began her career as an Office Junior at a National Wholesale Stationers, progressing to Business Development Manager before transitioning into Sales, Recruitment, and Administration roles. Her time at a Private Health company ignited her passion for the sector, where she saw the business grow into a respected care provider. In 2017, she joined Midway as Senior Finance Manager, where she now excels in managing the company’s finance operations.

At Midway, Tracey plays a key role in overseeing the Finance Department. Her responsibilities include managing payroll, ensuring accurate financial postings through Sage Accounts, preparing for audits, and leading a dedicated team of finance professionals. She provides clear direction to her team, sets objectives, and fosters a supportive environment to help her department operate efficiently. Tracey also manages relationships with customers, external suppliers, and accountants, ensuring smooth financial operations and contributing to the company’s success.
Tracey holds a Diploma Level 3 in Business Management and is currently working towards her AAT Certificate in Accounting. Known for her ethical approach and dedication, she continuously strives for excellence within the finance sector. Outside of work, Tracey enjoys spending weekends exploring Devon with her two pugs, Frank and Sid, reflecting her love for travel and adventure.
