Hello! I’m Nichola Stewart, and I joined Midway in September 2025 after building my HR career in the legal sector for over eight years, with earlier experience in finance. My passion has always been people—supporting, guiding, and helping teams to thrive.
At Midway, I oversee every aspect of HR, from recruitment and onboarding to wellbeing and staff development. I work closely with our managers, partnering with them to help develop their teams and nurture talent at every level. Together, we’re building a culture where everyone can grow, contribute, and feel proud of the progress we’re making as a company.
My door is always open, whether you need advice, a listening ear, or just a friendly chat. I’m here to make sure everyone feels valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.
