Bio
Throughout my career, I have had extensive experience of teaching ages ranging from Nursery to University, educational leadership, curriculum development, and multi-agency project management. In addition to this, I have a proven track record of leading many curriculum-focused initiatives. Furthermore, I have demonstrated expertise in operational and strategic leadership as Health and Well-being Officer for the Caerphilly Council Community Focused Schools team and enjoyed a secondment with Welsh Water as an Outdoor Education Officer.
I am extremely proud to be the Education Manager at G.A.T.E, where I lead a dedicated and enthusiastic team of professionals who consistently place the needs and wellbeing of our young people at the heart of everything we do. We are constantly striving to improve and provide a high quality provision for our young people.
