Our Story

Midway is committed to improving the lives of Children and Young People.

Meet the Team

At Midway we recognise the emotional and psychological challenges a young person experiences as a result of being in care. Through thorough recruitment and ongoing staff development we specialise in smaller placements that offer a family setting to work alongside the young people. We recognise that every young person is unique and requires an individual plan that will empower them to develop the skills they need to transfer into independent living with confidence and excitement for their future.
